Ordering Policies

 

  • Due to the nature and customization of our merchandise, all sales are final. No returns.

  • Most orders take 3-6 weeks to process plus the time for shipping. Due to the heavy volume of orders during the holiday seasons, estimated delivery time will be quoted upon purchace to insure timely delivery of your order.

  • A minimum of 24 favors per customized order.

  • Shelf life depends on the storage environment, please store in cool dry places, Temperature between 62 f-74 f to ensure best taste.

  • International favors supplies are limited and vary by season (please call for availability)

  • All products are handmade & unique, therefore some variation will occur. No two products are identical.

  • A copy of your order will be emailed to you for acceptance prior to production to insure the quality of service and to eliminate errors. No changes are accepted after the acceptance of the proof.

  • Full payment is required when placing your order.

To ensure your total satisfaction, please read the following procedures:



  • All of our shipments are guaranteed via UPS or FedEx with complete tracking capabilities. 

  • We prefer shipping 1-2 days Ground or Air to avoid melting of the choocolate.

  • Please provide the correct street address for delivery which will enable someone to personally accept your chocolates to make sure they are recieved in good condition and stored properly.

  • Someone have to be home to accept the shipment, failure to do so will result in leaving your chocolate at your door step and be damaged by weather conditions. We are not responsible to any negligence on your behalf in arranging to receive your chocolate.
